Most of ones songwriting comes from her mother and the other gets a lot from her best friend. They're both meh. But at least they write!
(altho Katy's OOTB stuff > anything Kesha has ever done)

I also doubt a few of Kesha's songwriting creds. If she was so against singing party pop, why did she write the songs?

I think Ke$ha's lyrics have a lot more character, although OOTB Katy wasn't too bad. I also think Ke$ha writes better melodies.
