Discussion: What is the best website to make gifs?

I used to use gifsforum but they've changed it so you can only make crappy quality gifs!

Are there any other websites where you can make high quality ones?

I use Instagiffers. The only problem is that you really can't size it, which is why my avi looks like that. Still cute though.

I use Lunapic occasionally; it lets you upload video clips and convert them into gifs. However for them to come out looking decent the file size has to be small and you have to get the settings just right. You could also try using Kworb's GIF Maker.
