I don't want a gay military, I want gays to fight! That's not what I meant by militant.
Straights ARE the enemy here though! Just like white people are the enemy to PoCs. The compliant majority is our enemy. Only straights who actually fight alongside us are our friends. The rest want to keep us as a marginalized group, as to keep their privilege and dominance.

He clearly has a mental issue that isn't being dealt with, and I'm not saying that to be mean. There's people in my family with severe mental illnesses so I know what it's like. Let's pray that if he does hurt somebody, it's only himself and not some innocent person. Honestly I think he should be permabanned from the website.
If it's to your parents and close friends, then yes. But as long as people don't ask you or care about your sexual orientation I don't see it as necessary.

But people in certain areas of the world are very desensitized, like in West Hollywood or New York City, so coming out isn't really an event but a natural part of life.
You should tell the people that care about you, I hate it when gays are like 'oh well I don't need to tell anybody let them figure it out themselves'.
It's very transparent those people are just scared, the people who care about you deserve the truth.
However, making scenes at big events is not something I condone, most people at such events won't care and you're only building pressure upon yourself.
