Devolution of African countries (and a lot of the former Soviet Republics/Soviet satellites and even Russia) would be a great thing. A lot of Africa's problems stem from the European demarcation of the country that grouped massively racist ethnic groups together like they were all the exact same. In a few places where there weren't different ethnic groups/racial tensions, the Europeans created different classes of the people living there in order to create a governing class that reported back to them and convinced them they were of different ethnic groups. The Hutus and Tutsis to this day still believe they're different ethnic groups and actually have
"scientific" studies "proving" it
