The hostility. How are people suppose to know it's ghost money based on this one vague picture? It's literally just a picture of a woman sitting on the side of the street burning money without any provided context by the OP (I realize he did it on purpose as a joke). It's not common knowledge that the Chinese do this, and you shouldn't just expect everyone to know.

A quick, and simple lesson would have been nicer than a belligerent "WOW educate urselves dis is such basic information every American should know"
