Back in the PS2 days, when SF was on a 10 year hiatus, and MK team released 3 mediocre MK games back to back, Tekken was on the top of the game when it came to fighting games, however, many years have passed and now, the Tekken series seem irrelevant, NO impact, and the latest 3 releases have flopped and/or underperformed. The GP can't remember to forget to put Tekken down in favor of SF, MK, and even DOA. Has the GP forgotten about Tekken?

The only Tekken I know of is the poster "Tekken_Guy" that posts here. Not sure of what it is, so I guess they have.

But the co-creator of MK, his favorite series is Tekken and he's stated that he doesn't think MK will ever amount to it, so its still iconic in someones eyes.
