Beyoncé, I only like her part in the song and she was the star in the video.
True. At the time I was kinda swept into the Gaga machine and thought she had this immense power, but after the dust has settled, I'm beginning to see that maybe we were overestimating her.
Like I said, Beyonce was a big name after IASF and her power is still evident till today.
Both. The song was horrendous, but through their combined star power they barely crossed 3.2 million in the U.S.
If I had to pick one, I'd go with Gaga. The Fame was considerably bigger than I Am...Sasha Fierce and Gaga just came off of "Bad Romance," which is somewhere around 5 million singles sold in the U.S. Beyoncé was just coming off of "Put It In A Love Song" which didn't chart (it never had a music video, though).
