The NBA All-Star Game will boast a New Orleans theme during its halftime show Sunday, Feb. 16. Rock ’n' Roll Hall of Fame inductee Dr. John will play during a show led by Trombone Shorty and his Orleans Avenue band, which also features disco-funk legend Earth Wind & Fire, guitarist Gary Clark, Jr. and the quirky Afro-futurist soul-rocker Janelle Monáe.
The 2014 NBA All-Star Game will air live from the New Orleans Arena at 7 p.m. CST Sunday, Feb. 16, on TNT, ESPN Radio, and in more than 215 countries and territories in more than 40 languages.
