Sony: Nintendo's decline could be detrimental to the market

Nintendo recently posted a $15 million (Ł9.1 million) loss for the last financial quarter, signalling further struggles for the company despite consistent Nintendo 3DS family sales.
Now, PlayStation UK boss, Fergal Gara, admits that the fall of Nintendo could impact the entire gaming market, especially if companies like Sony don’t engage with younger consumers.
"[The decline of Nintendo] could be detrimental to the market, unless people like us raise our game and help tap into the younger consumer group that they serve rather well”, Gara said in an exclusive interview with TrustedReviews. “That is the challenge to us. We need to bring maybe more family-friendly, more casual experiences into the market. I think there’s a big market segment there that we should take the challenge to engage and I see lots of potential to do that.”
That means in 166 years they will run out of money with their 10 billion stockpile
So bankrupt only come 165 years after Sony's
Yeah, if everything was as simple as profits and reserves. The problem is not that Nintendo does not have enough funds (as the article addresses if you actually read it), it's that Nintendo's central audience or market is being taken over by Apple and Google. How else does a company go from a 100 million selling console to one that has not even sold 10 million? Their market is being lost to iOS games and the like and instead of combating this effectively with smash releases on the Wii U they are failing at literally every turn.
I wonder if you will say the same thing in a year or so when everyone is playing iOS games instead of purchasing the Wii U just as they are now. They are losing their core market. That is a problem.
