is anyone interested in choosing the best avatar on ATRL?
here's is have I imagined this should go:
first you nominate 5 avatars that you think deserve to be in the running.
when you nominate this are the rules:
1.you are NOT allowed to nominate yourself
2.you have to post nicks AND avatars of all five posters you nominate
3.you send the nomination ballots in my inbox
after that I count it and 15 posters with the biggest number of nominations are in the running then we choose the best one.
the rules to how we choose it:
1.I post all of the nominated avatars here and you rate every one from 1 to 10 and send the ratings to my inbox
