I don't know if she is guilty or not, but I do know Italy is guilty of incompetence.

Hell yes. She's guilty. The US media making her out to be a 'victim' of the 'flawed' Italian justice system doesn't change my opinion that she had something to do with that murder. Whether it was actual involvement or just covering up details, she's guilty.

But that isn't the case, and whether she did or did not have any involvement, she still has rights as a human to a fair trial

she was convicted and then released from what I've read, why do you think they released her? there must have been some proof she could have been innocent, therefore there is the possibility she is innocent.

on the flip side, she could be guilty as hell and is using this chance to get out of serving her sentence, but that still means something has gone wrong with the court system, and there is no excuse for that.
