The latest installment (#4) in the Stardoll profiles of Hilary Duff (see here) show Hilary Duff back in the studio recording her upcoming single, "Reach Out."
Hilary Duff mentions that the song will appear on an album. Perhaps the Dignity re-release?
"Reach Out" will be produced by Ryan Tedder who also produced Gypsy Woman.

I wouldnt call her the princess of flop. Especially when she has sold over 14,000,000 albums, and Dignity has spawned three singles, and sold over 850,000 copies so far. And people like J.Lo only sold 60,000 in their DEBUT weeks! Who's a flop princess again? Defintately not Hilary, she's already (e)stablished her new fanbase, and at least she got away from Disney and her tweeny audience. I dont consider that a flop at all.

It is a FLOP because "Hilary Duff" is considered as a PLATINUM artist when she used to be FAMOUS.
