Chill, lax environment

I have a board to pass this February 8, and I'm really really scared =[

I hate how my physics/calculus teacher teaches. We cover concepts in class that are way different from what we get on the quiz

I just did so bad on my finals after studying a shitload and its making me depressed

I've been hearing voices lately and have headaches like i've been stabbed in the head so i went to the doctor, he told me to exercise and not use headphones to listen to music. I've been doing that yet i still hear voices

I'm a mess. A social anxiety disorder having loser that procrastinates all the time and doesn't do well in school.

you have no idea sis. the struggle is real. the piece of advice to you is never give up. you're probably smart. you just need a new way of studying. I did ok on a math quiz i studied for and i felt like a flop but I'm back on my game.

I'm sorry sis. I always try to avoid medicine. I feel i can work out my issues but i instead just internalize them. i think you should continue to go no matter what it's for even when you feel you're getting better. life always finds a way for you. whether there's a god or not someone is looking out for you. stay positive <3

talk to him talk to him talk to him talk to him. it helps so much. ask him. ask questions. no matter how stupid they may seem just ask them because in the end you did it for you and who cares about what he/she thinks. good luck

Excercising seems like it would make the headaches worst.
My advice is try and talk to some friends or family or do something that distracts you from those voices

Like i am a legitimate FLOP.

I have, many times but I guess it's just the way that he teaches. I am always on top of him, asking him questions if I don't understand something. It's just his quizzes most of the times don't have the material that we covered in class.
