Janet was caught in an awkward situation in the middle of an interview with Good Day Sacramento: She was confronted with questions about the superbowl incident. Janet was on the show with Tyler Perry to promote their new movie, "Why Did I get Married?"

A couple weeks ago, Paris HIlton experienced a similar incident. She was on David Letterman to talk about her recent projects. Of course, All Letterman could talk about was her time in jail.

IMO, these interviewers were very unprofessional. I feel bad for Janet. Luckily Tyler Perry was quick to defend Janet. You could easily tell Janet wasn't sure how to respond.

Obviously it is hard for the media to get over the past and move on...


Edit: After watching it again, I think these interviewers are just straight up rude.
"Is it just me or is Janet wearing Iron suspenders right now? Is that the way you roll these days? Is it that bad?"
"Any wardrobe malfunctions in this movie? Hahaha"

I started watching it, but then when the guy said "superbowl" I stopped it! I can't watch it, It's just too mean to Janet

yeah when I saw it, I felt disgusted. I mean sure what she did was wrong, but if she's there to talk about the movie, talk about the movie. Just the way they slipped those questions and comments in, it was like they were making fun of her on live tv. It seemed so unprofessional.

$ is the name of the game here. If they did a straightforward interview, do you think you would have paid attention or posted it on these forums? Probably no. These guys really don't care about what you came to promote, once you sit down in the chair they've got you in the hotseat for every question that can give them publicity.

Janet needs to learn to be assertive and stand up for herself. Anyway, those reporters were very unprofessional and rude.

WTF! poor Janet, it looked as if they were there to talk about the superbowl which happen 3 years ago! & not the movie. who the hell hired these interveiwers? So unprofessional. What would you still talk about something that happen years ago?

Ooh, I <333 these games. Let's see, both are notorious for wardrobe malfunctions AND have had the #01 movie in America (even if Hilton's was in night vision)!

One thing Janet and Paris don't have in common:

One's a legendary, talented ass human being. The other's a talentless nobody who only gets by using her ass and courtesy of her surname.

There's a reason why Ms. Jackson's where she is and the interviewers are just that-interviewers. I bet she laughed herself all the way to the bank after that. They wish they could walk a mile in her shoes. Go Janet.
