Hi, i am signing up for a new school and i got all of these assignments and questions, and one of them was : Name a good example of fashion branding and explain why this is a good example.
So i was wondering if you have any idea's.
To give you an idea : H&M uses guest designers which is a very smart move, you can give your customers something from an exclusive brand but for a reasonable price that is what attracts people.
Hmm.. offering some kinda deal (like a clearance sale) while ordering more stock for exclusive brands so that the best-selling items would be next to the more elusive pieces of clothing, would that work?
Pick any random high-end brand, talk about how you only see people like Lady Gaga wearing their crazy ****, explain how that trickles down to the hipsters.
The easiest tactic is how celebrities are heavily used in fashion you can talk about how they've replaced models on the covers of fashion mags, ad campaigns etc.
Another one if the use of fashion bloggers to help a brand expand and grow (guilty of using it for mine)
Do you have to do a paper or something? Kinda a generic atm but interesting route would be to do it on Zara. From wikipedia.
