Joel McHale has branded Justin Bieber a "f**king idiot" for allegedly taking part in vandalism at his neighbour's home.
Police raided Bieber's home on Tuesday (January 14) to investigate the matter, and arrested his friend Lil Za on suspicion of drug possession.
Community star McHale was asked on Conan to explain why Bieber would allegedly throw eggs at his neighbour's home.
"Because he's a f**king idiot," McHale answered.
The actor added: "I feel like he's got all those guys around him. He's just running out of things to do.
"He's so rich and so successful that he's probably like, 'Well, what do you want to do?' and they're like, 'Let's shave a dog. What do you want to do?'"
McHale went on to joke that he does secretly admire Bieber's apparent change in attitude.
"Yeah, I hope I get to that point in my career," McHale quipped.
"I feel he needs to do some toilet papering of a tree of some sort... It's weird that he's going back to pranks from 1950."
Bieber has been defended by Kylie Jenner, who accused the police of bringing "shame" upon themselves for raiding the popstar's home.
