I'm in the gym thinking, hey I'll see what this album is like, tell me why I had a smile on my face the WHOLE hour workout listening to this album? Here I am thinkin' "I Get It From My Mama" was gonna be a bad precursor into the album, I hear "Heartbreaker", "She's A Star", and "The Donque Song" and I'm SOLD!! will.i.am, you are NOW amongst the elite for my top 15 albums of 2007 (Timbo and Kanye are number 1 and 2 respectively). He DID IT! This is the kinda album you pop in the CD player for a ride around town, "Invisible" gives me Prince teas (which is currently playing now), WELL DONE! You saved all the GOOD/EXCELLENT productions for yourself. You worked around the formula of rap, sing, vocoder, etc. "Heartbreaker" gives nappy headed T-Pain a run for his money. I need to listen to the album several more times over to pick my favorite song (so far, it's "She's A Star"). This is the kinda production I'd want for MY album (pop/hip-hop/electronic), it's like Daft Punk, advanced,with a black man as the lead. Bravo, will.i.am!
