Let's be honest: Beautiful liar, MATM, Videophone, S&M remix, CRTFY.... do most of these songs lack in comparison to their solo catalogue?

MATM is better than most Britney songs, Beautiful Liar is a bop. Telephone is one of Gaga's best hits.

I'd say that in general they don't slay as much as you might expect.

Yeah, the only ones that have ever really slayed me were Telephone, No More Tears (Enough is Enough), and Does He Love You.

I'm thinking a lot of times the quality of these collabs aren't so good in general because the artists want to keep the better songs for themselves than share them. Or try to boost a so/so track into seeming better by getting someone else on it
