Can someone who's only won a Grammy for the Best Dance Recording perform at the awards show?
Cause I heard that this kind of grammy is not official. In Fact, Cher and Kylie Minogue has won one of these but haven't performed at the Ceremony. Is It like that?

Katy hasn't won any Grammy's and she's performing (I think), so I don't think having won a Grammy is a requirement to be able to perform.

I heard you have to be nominated or have won at least one grammy. I don't know if it's true though.
