I pretty sure vocal lessons and practice do more than just change a few problems
Not underrated, just forgotten. She wasn't really anything special but shes gone so autotune (doesn't bother me) and lip-synced so often that people just expect she would sound bad. Other artists do it but she just became known for it esp after 2007 awards. now obv she wasn't at her best during that period but i think general public still has biases held against her from that,

This. Perfect/absolute pitch is nearly impossible to learn at an age that is not around 5 or less. Although, Britney actually isn't bad with pitch herself.
