People will pick on Katy for not singing perfectly while dancing, but she's truly a flawless singer when she has the chance to show off her voice. When people say she's not talented I just laugh.
If only Katy could consistently sound like this (at least) she wouldn't get crap for her vocals.
She releases songs out of her range and does performances she can't do whilst singing well. She does this because she is a pop star and so she needs to be as entertaining as the others so it's kinda sad tbh, she can't win.

I would say average to good rather than Flawless. She's no Joni Mitchell when it comes to low key.
