Lordt, Tamar has been garbage live every time I've seen ha Extremely pitchy and mumbles half the time, there's no way it's her. Bey and brandy are similar, but bey is better overall, so it's between bey and Kelly (as usual). Bey is the more complete, all-round vocalist.

Kelly Clarkson has the best voice, closely followed by Beyoncé. Honestly, I'd say Adele, P!nk, Kelly, and probably Beyoncé too are the most talented vocalists of our generation. Maybe Christina too.
