Sis, there's something called cultural beliefs and values, and clearly the thing they're doing isn't strange to them at all. YOU may find it sexual abuse, but clearly to those people it isn't.

Don't act shocked to everything you see out in the world. I've being into Africa and Asia and saw things that I've never do in a millions years, and probably condone them. However, if some random individual from that country came to America or Europe, they would sense the same thing.
