Well they didn't want to tell anything specific but they teased that it will have connection with one of the first conflicts with Orcs and Humans. Warcraft and WoW is the same universe, WoW being set in time 4 years after Warcraft

I will be excited when the first trailer comes out, until then I am not getting my hopes up.
Omg, I can't wait for this. Their cinematics literally SLAY me with visuals and the music, it's really amazing. Can't even imagine a whole movie like that. I mean watch any cinematic for the expansions, they're so amazing.
And Warcraft lore is HUGE, I don't even know what part they'll be showing. I'm thinking Lich King perhaps because he's the most known I'd say. Or maybe something completely different.

Warcraft is amazing. The entire franchise is grand and just fantastic, Warcraft 3 RoC/TFT is one of the best Real Time Strategy Games to ever exist in my humble opinion, and WoW made a good effort at least. Those were the times for me, I was such an avid gamer back then.
Can you share the source for this? I really hope they won't botch this up, but I have an uneasy feeling about it. It will be incredibly hard to do Warcraft justice, I'd almost say it's impossible in the small frame of a feature lenght film.

I've been playing since the end of Vanilla (end of 2006) up until last year. Then I got into college and I don't even have time for sleep let alone WoW. I feel so nostalgic about it tho

I used to play for some time, I pushed up to lvl 80 on the Lich King expansion, but I didn't play in a long time. Don't tease me, because I can't do it anymore.
Usually I played Tauren Druids (Horde FTW) and went down the feral path. I don't remember the server, it's long ago at this point too. Good times.
