Just gonna throw out an idea here for a game
I was watching TV one night and I happened to change the channel to GSN(Game Show Network, for those who don't know). A show was on that really caught my eye. It was called...
WITHOUT PREJUDICE?
What is Without Prejudice?, you may be asking yourself, and why should you care? See the description below, from GSN's site:

How far have we come as a society that is not only accepting of differences but is forgiving of indiscretions?
'Political correctness' is a hot-button, tightrope topic and WITHOUT PREJUDICE? is taking aim on the nation, ready to gauge the climate of moral consciousness.
Hosted by Dr. Robi Ludwig, a renowned psychotherapist and journalist, this provocative series focuses on five contestants willing to open their lives to examination. A panel of strangers will decide which ONE contestant deserves to receive a $25,000 prize. Both the panel and home viewers will discover more and more about each contestant as the examination progresses and subsequently, contestants are eliminated.
WITHOUT PREJUDICE? does not support or condemn any action, attribute or value system, but rather stimulates an open debate. The diverse panel and viewers will soon need to make the ultimate determination that will impact five lives on the line. Can a life-altering decision truly be reached WITHOUT PREJUDICE?

The structure of the show is as follows:

The decisions are based on the impressions and opinions of each contestant as made by the panelists. The order goes as follows:
* A 15-second introduction of the contestants is shown to the panel. They then must decide who gets eliminated solely based on who gives off the worst impression.
* A short biography of the contestants is shown, followed by the occupation and annual salary of the contestants. The panel then eliminates a second contestant.
* The three remaining contestants are asked about three "hot button" issues (Such as prostitution, same-sex marriage & adoption and gun control). Then, a hidden camera video is shown with the three contestants interacting with actors whom they believe to be contestants. The third contestant is then eliminated.
* The final two contestants are interviewed by the panel. Any panelist can ask any question, as long as s/he doesn't ask what the winner would do with the money. The panel then votes for a winner.
All questions and comments are allowed, except that the panelists cannot ask any financial questions.

The moment that I saw this show, I knew that this would be a fantastic game idea for this forum. Obviously, $25,000 wouldn't be going to the winner. Maybe we could think up a special prize for the winner or something, I don't know, it really doesn't matter.
If you like the idea, go on ahead and say so and, if at all possible, say why or offer more ideas. If you don't like it, don't just be all like, "This idea sucks." How about saying why you think it sucks? Please?
(NOTE: Oh, by the way, if all you're going to ask is "Why isn't this in your blog?", save it. Just save it. )

I like it and say go for it.
I would like to play but there are a few details I wouldn't answer like occupation and salary. As for my stances on 'hot topics' I would have far too much to say.
I think it would be quite an in depth 'getting to know you' style game for the players and obviously it can be an on-going thing, I would just hope that it doesn't denegrate into moral/religious/political view wars (I know I always participate in those but that doesn't mean I like it ).

It sounds like a good idea, but I think some categories that could be deemed personal/too much for the internet should be cut out, and in addition to commenting on political issues, maybe throw in some interesting controversy topics in pop culture, like paparazzi crimes and clubs allowing underage celebrities to drink.

This sounds pretty bitching, actually.
Way to go, Ryan. You've almost redeemed yourself for your senseless hatred of Eisley .

Well, first off, let's make one thing clear: NOTHING is too much for the internet. NOTHING.
Okay, with that out of the way, while I understand the logic of your suggestion, the fact of the matter is, which would be more interesting, three normal people talking about underage celebrities drinking in clubs or three normal people talking about their religious beliefs? It may be a bit more personal, sure, but that's part of the whole game.
Besides, I bet that the responses from the panel would be a hell of a lot more interesting as well.
If I can get a few more people to express interest in this, I can try and get this off of the ground. More opinions? That would be nice right now.

I think that's not true. I can say, for certain, that I don't know that much about quite a few of the posters here. I think someone like myself can't be one of the five people being analyzed, because I speak my beliefs quite often, but what about someone who doesn't speak up too often about their beliefs? How do we know then?

I completely understand that, but I'm not saying do 100% pop-culture topics or 100% political-topics. I'm saying like maybe 20% pop culture and 80% political, just to add some flavor, and let people who have more knowledge in one subject than the other (which is sad, albeit very common) say their piece.

I would like to play this, but I think there should be an alias/secret identity factor involved to make the game more interesting. (if it can be applied) Plus this would probably make the game that much more fair & honest.

I'd say do it. Chances are I might accidentally forget this.
I've already watched 5 episodes of this and it's intriguing. It would be a splendid idea.
