Would you agree with enforcing hiring quotas based on race in order to help increase representation of minorities (like African Americans) in the workplace?

Idk, I think its good in the end but I also hate to think that some people will be denied even though they have the credentials. Either way I think affirmative action may help me because I want to become a teacher and there aren't that many minority teachers. Has good intents though, but one day in the future I think this type of thing should be done with.

Depends where. If they are minorities than it's kind of giving them an unfair advantage over the majority, since there is less of them it will be easier for them to get a job than white people (the majority) since there are so many more white people fighting for that one white person spot, but there are less black people (for example) fighting over the black person spot. Just hire who you think deserves the spot the most, race shouldn't matter.
