I dunno, but I managed to get from my room to the front gate (2 staircases down) in under 30 seconds when the KFC got here for lunch.

I was on a treadmill and I thought I was getting it, but when they told me to go up a level I almost flew off the damn thing

I go for an hour, so I usually pace myself. I start at like 6.2 and increase every 10-15 minutes. By 50 minutes in I'm usually at 7.5 sometimes 8.0
