Last night’s X Factor 2013 final was the least watched since the first series.
This year’s show is celebrating ten years of being on air, but it’s fair to say that the ratings have been rather dire throughout.
An average audience of 8.5 million watched yesterday evening’s first half of the weekend’s double show between 8PM and 10:05PM, as Luke Friend finished in third place.
It was down a million viewers on last year alone and a whopping 5.5 million down on the peak ratings the show used to be getting in 2010.
The X Factor clashed for the first 20 minutes with the Strictly Come Dancing semi-final, which itself struggled a bit.
The talent has always been so so at times but at least the people in the finals had a BIT of personality. After all this is called the xfactor and all of them are boring af in every single aspect.
simon cowell need to do something refreshing to the show , and considering the competitors to focus more on talent instead of drama!now with the voice ,people expects more from contestants and from the show!
