Pop singer Avril Lavigne will appear in the crime drama film called "The Flock," starring Richard Gere and Claire Danes, as the girlfriend of a crime suspect. In the action movie Lavigne will join award-winning actor Richard Gere who will play an FBI agent tracking down a missing girl he is convinced has a connection to the paroled sex offender he is tracking. The film is directed by Wai Keung Lau, and is set to be released in October of 2007 in the USA.
