Yep. Per Grammy rules, Sheeran should have been considered last year. This is another Gotye situation. She'll probably win a couple of her nominations despite being massively snubbed for Best New Artist.
The way people are seething over this and the JT snub though . But I guess it does prove that at the Grammys, sales don't mean everything ..... I think its a good thing and if Lorde was going to succesful both cormecialy and award wise in future then this won't stop her,so it ok.
