Rihanna's High Hopes
Rihanna is aiming for the stars.
It seems the popstrel's ambitions know no bounds.
Not content with being set to make UK chart history if she can make it 10 weeks at the number one slot, the Umbrella singer wants to add a whole array of other feathers to her cap.
Rihanna plans to cash in on more showbiz mediums, including clothing and the big screen.
She told The Sun: "I want to have a few companies - I want to start my own fashion line and act in films."
She wants her cake and to eat it, that girl.

Her album has sold over 420,000 copies in the US and over 1 million WW so far. I have a feeling it well sell over 500,000 in two weeks or so, be certified Platinum in August or September and get over 2 million WW by that time as well.

LONDON (AFP) - Teenage R-n-B star Rihanna hung on to the top spot in the British singles charges Sunday for a 10th week running, making "Umbrella" the longest-running number one single since 1994.

The single, which features rapper Jay-Z, beat out Kate Nash's "Foundations" and Timbaland's "The Way I Are", which were second and third respectively.
The last song to match the 19-year-old's 10-week domination of the singles charts was Wet Wet Wet's "Love Is All Around" in 1994, which topped the rankings for 15 weeks.
Barbados-born Rihanna's streak at the top makes her only the seventh artist in British chart single history to clock at least 10 weeks at the number one position.
Rounding out the top five this week were "Big Girls Don't Cry" by Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson of the Black Eyed Peas, which fell two spots to number four, and Enrique Iglesias's "Do You Know".
The album charts were topped by British television talent show winner Paul Potts, 36, a former mobile phone salesman, with his album "One Chance", followed by "We'll Live And Die In These Towns" by Enemy.
consecutive week.
The single, which features rapper Jay-Z, beat out "Big Girls Don't Cry" by Black Eyed Peas singer Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson and "Foundations" by Kate Nash, which finished second and third respectively.
Fergie performed "Big Girls Don't Cry" at the London leg of Live Earth in Wembley Stadium last week.
Timbaland was fourth in the singles charts with "The Way I Are" while Arctic Monkeys rose to fifth place from 23rd with their song, "Flourescent Adolescent".
While the top of the singles charts remained unchanged, two new entries took the top two positions in the British album charts.
Enemy's "We'll Live and Die in These Towns" topped the rankings, followed by Interpol's "Our Love to Admire".
