Adele leaves Lady Gaga's gig due to lateness and her baby
Quote:
She’s always supported her wacky pal Lady Gaga but now Adele’s a mum, even the most exclusive showbiz parties can’t keep her from putting family first. And good for her.
The Rolling in the Deep singer enjoyed a rare night out with fiancé Simon Konecki on Friday – as surprise guests at an exclusive Gaga gig.
Looking more adorable than ever, the laid-back couple arrived at London Mayfair’s private members’ club Annabel’s shortly after 9pm for the Belvedere Vodka event.
The publicity-shy couple enjoyed an even rarer PDA, with Simon giving his babymama an affectionate kiss on the cheek as they headed downstairs for dinner.
Even the celebrity crowd, which included Dracula star Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Emma Watson and Jessie J, looked surprised to see the couple, who have been busy enjoying home life with 14-month-old Angelo.
But, after being told the Poker Face singer was performing at 11.30pm – an hour later than originally billed – Adele and Simon were forced to leave to relieve their babysitter.
A pal said: “They missed Gaga by a few minutes.
“Adele and Simon wanted nothing more than to watch her perform. They were really excited and enjoying being out and seeing friends. But it was getting really late and they had to get home to Angelo, who was being looked after by a friend.
“When management told her Gaga hadn’t even arrived, and it was 10.30pm, they had a chat and decided to leave.
“Gaga showed up just after that but headed to a private room before her performance.
“Of course Adele thought it was a huge shame not to see Gaga perform but she knows there will be other times and Lady Gaga is *overjoyed she made the effort to come with Simon.”
All praise to Adele for getting her priorities straight.
These days the 25-year-old is more likely to be seen pushing a pram around Chelsea than hobnobbing with stars. And she’d rather be a hands-on mother than have helpers do the job for her.
And it’s not like Adele doesn’t pull out all the stops for Gaga – she attended the *superstar’s big gig in September.
With a third studio album due for release next year, I’m looking forward to seeing the Skyfall singer more and more.

The fact that you tried as usual... maybe next time XD
Do you not know how to use the word "quit"? Quitting implies someone stops doing something because they no longer like it. Adele wanted to see Gaga but Gaga went on too late and she had a baby to go back to. There is absolutely nothing malicious about this. Stay seething your fave is a Gaga stan.

Use Quit in a sentence
quit
1 [kwit] Show IPA verb, quit or quit·ted, quit·ting, adjective
verb (used with object)
1.
to stop, cease, or discontinue: She quit what she was doing to help me paint the house.
2.

4.
to release one's hold of (something grasped).

You can try to remove the word's context all you want, you still used the word wrong, especially since you're trying to imply she left because she didn't want to be there.
