Your favorite spices?
What's your favorite spices to use on food? I'm curious because I LOVE them and can't imagine life without it.
I particularly LOVE Pepper (lemon or regular), Rosemary, Thyme, and Sage

There is no spice called "curry powder." That's a spice mix that began selling in the west to make it easier for people who don't how to cook.
The yellow spice in a lot of them is called tumeric:
