Unfortunately, Rachael Ray's people have informed me that she will not be available for catering. She is too busy filming her hit Food Network series, $40 A Day and Inside Dish with Rachael Ray.
Thankfully, I called up my girl Mo'nique. As you all are aware, she recently authored the cookbook "Skinny Cooks Can't Be Trusted."
She would love to help us out and prepare a full southern buffet menu of fried chicken, BBQ ribs, cornbread, and macaroni-and-cheese.
