Mine is 5.7, I need a new PC as fast as possible, Core i3 2.2 GHz and HD3000 graphics does not cut it.

I don't know that much, I just know my PC is from 2007 and it's Windows Vista, the worst one. I need a new one but my parents ain't buying for me and I'm a broke college guy with no job.

Windows 8 is a piece of garbage made for tablets that being said this was never very useful anyways.

Swipe to the left to bring up the search. Type in "performance information and tools." Then click on settings and it should pop up on the left where apps show. Just click on it and it'll pull up.
