Bieber surprises injured fan with secret acoustic show

When Kate O'Neill took to Twitter to try to convince her idol Justin Bieber to visit her, she couldn't have foreseen just how far the superstar would go for her.
The 19-year-old 'Belieber', from Melbourne, was longing to meet the superstar after missing out on attending his concert due to a horrific car accident that left her fighting for life.
After spending months saving money to attend all of Justin's concerts across Australia, as well as a special meet and greet with her icon, Kate was tragically involved in a car crash last month, suffering broken ribs, a fractured spine, internal bleeding and lacerations to her kidney and liver, which left her in a hospital bed and unable to attend the remaining shows.
She was over the moon when Bieber Tweeted a response to her yesterday, and nothing could have prepared her for what happened next.
Team Bieber and 50 unsuspecting Beliebers boarded a bus, before being chauffeured to a private studio, ]where Justin Bieber performed an impromptu acoustic set especially for Kate.
Knowing she was cooped up in hospital and unable to attend his stadium shows, a car was arranged to transfer Kate from the hospital to the surprise VEVO gig.
"This has been amazing. Thank you Justin and everyone for organising this. This is the best day of my life. Love you guys," Kate said.
Before he walked off stage, Justin said: "I love my Beliebers so much. They are always there for me and have done so much for me. It was so special to be able to give something back, especially to an amazing fan like Kate. It is what my Believe tour is all about."

Anyway, it's good to see him constantly doing things like this even though he doesn't have to.
