She got a record deal in japan...but shes from the Washington Heights section of New York, a Dominican R &B Singer....here is her video and current single called "Can't Stop" ft. Chavito

It's funny you say that cuz in some of her songs she pronounces it like T-Alisha instead of pronouncing the TH.
