Is there a reason why X Factor UK & X Factor USA are basically copying each other's themes this year?

Considering there are only 8 live shows on this season of X Factor, you'd think he'd make the themes more current. Well, there's always the sing-off I guess.

Ugh can't Demi perform the week after? No one is gonna watch on Thanksgiving. And the theme is technically big band, which is even worst.

Nobody watches the show so it really doesn't matter.
