JoJo was on hand to premiere the new independent film ‘G.B.F.’ (Gay Best Friend) on November 19, 2013, of which she stars as Soledad. When quizzed by our friends at MaximoTV about her newest musical offerings, she had this to say:
I am not happy about this....AT ALL!
I really thought it was gonna get resolved soon.
Such a talent...all being trapped.
I continue to pray for her situation.
"Can't Handle The Truth" "Take The Canyon" & "Billions", all from her most recent mixtape, are pure R&B masterpieces. Deserves to be on an album. Can't wait for her to get out of it and show these stale ass R&B girls how it's truly done
She's trying to get out this 7 album contract that she's in. The contract was over in 2011, so she could've been free 2 years ago. Plus her label is broke, so they can't release anything. She said she wants to be able to put out an album and release new music, but her contract is preventing her from doing so. That's why she's suing them.
. She's been handling it so well, though.
