Hayley did a Q&A on 103.5 KISS FM twitter page and it looks like some questions/tweets were hateful and this is Hayley's response:

Alright, gotta run. Thanks to those of you who sent real questions and wanted actual answers. It's actually fun when the guys and I get to connect with fans - new & old - this way. Sometimes the few minutes we have to do twitter chats are the only free minutes we have in our day that aren't physical work. So I appreciate the questions that aren't disrespectful and demeaning to me as a woman or to us as people.

If I can leave you with anything ... Try to remember that people (at school, at work, in bands on the radio) are actual humans...

Think before you speak/type/tear somebody down. Use your voice and your words for something positive. Don't waste your opportunities

To add something GOOD to our world. Know that you have a choice whether to use your power positively or waste it negatively. Ok, done.
