Rita Ora collapsed on the set of a photo shoot in Miami Beach, Florida on Monday.
The singer was rushed to hospital after appearing to pass out, according to onlookers.
She was seen being carried out of her makeup trailer and stretchered into an ambulance before being taken to the emergency room where she was treated for 'heat exhaustion and dehydration'.
Dr David Farcy MD- Chairman of the Emergency Department at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami, told MailOnline in a statement: 'Rita Ora was treated for heat exhaustion and dehydration at our hospital today. She was discharged and is fine.'
The singer was spotted looking unwell just before it occurred.
Rita was shooting the new campaign for Madonna’s Material Girl clothing line in 90 degree (30 degrees Celsius) heat when she started feeling ill.
A halt was called to the shoot and she was brought back to her trailer before Miami ocean rescue and beach patrol officers arrived on the scene.

British pop singer Rita Ora -- who had the hit song, "R.I.P." -- collapsed on the set of her photo shoot in Miami Beach today ... and was rushed to a hospital by ambulance according to photographers on the scene.
Photos show the 22-year old singer/model/actress -- eyes closed -- being loaded into the ambulance on a stretcher ... attended by emergency personnel. So far, no word on what may have caused her to collapse.
Ora -- who famously dated Rob Kardashian last year -- was reportedly preparing for her photo shoot on the beach near the SoHo Beach House hotel when she fainted in her makeup trailer.
