Not really, one's been promoted and the other wasn't/won't ever be performed, also Say Something is miles better than Perfume (And that's coming from someone who loves it)
"Say Something" is doing better in the U.S. because it was performed on the biggest promo platform at the moment. Didn't some random guy from Christina's team just send a song straight to #1 on U.S. iTunes solely because of a performance on The Voice?
