PS4 sells 1.06 Million in 2 days! // 8th Gen Sales Thread
With all the hype going into this "console war" (primarily between Playstation 4 & XBOX One), it is only natural that comparisons between their sales will be made all across the internet. So, since PS4 and XBOX One are about to be released all around the world in different markets this month, I thought it would be interesting to create a sales comparison thread.
Current Sales:

Wii U Software Sales - 10,651,375
Playstation 4 Total Sales - 1,060,000
Playstation 4 Software Sales - 2,417,516
XBOX One Total Sales - 0
XBOX One Software Sales - 0
Release Dates:
2013, November 15th - Playstation 4 (United States + Canada)
2013, November 22nd - XBOX One (AUS, AUT, BRA, CAN, FRA, GER, IRL, ITA, MEX, NZ, ESP, UK, USA)
2013, November 29th - Playstation 4 (Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America)
2013, December 13th - Playstation 4 (South Africa, Middle East)
2013, December ?? - Playstation 4 (South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong)
2014, February 22nd - Playstation 4 (Japan)
2014, Unknown - XBOX One (Japan, South Korea, Rest of Europe)
Sony has a release date for all countries of the world, not just the markets it deems to be "tier one" vs "tier two" markets.
It will be interesting to see who is in the lead during early 2014! I will try to update the thread as often as possible.
