[UPDATE] 6-yo boy circumcised with scissors by bullies

In an act of bullying in the bathrooms of a primary school in Guadalajara, a 6- year-old suffered the removal of his foreskin with scissors by the hands of a nine-year-old boy.
The incident took place in Urban School # 66 Miguel Hidalgo, located in El Retiro, according to the report act C/7567/2013 of the 10th Public Ministry Agency to children and sexual offenses.
According to the mother of the child he did not say anything after the attack, since he had been threatened by the attacker and two other colleagues who cornered him in the bathroom and attacked him.
The mother said the family went on vacation to Mazatlan and the in the pool the child began to cry, when ask about what he was crying, the boy said he had scraped his penis.
The mother attended the child and then questioned him for seral days to answer her questions about what really happened, until the victim reported the attack in the bathroom he suffered at the hands his sister's fellow classmates, of fourth grade.
The boy explained that the assailants, two of 9 and one of 8, chased him at recess and then followed him to the bathroom where one pulled down his pants, pulled his foreskin and cut it.
The child's parents made complaint for injuries suffered by his son and authorities have already began the investigation of the case.

"The child's parents decided to change him to another school. It was a request from them which we can not deny and have to support for them to enlist him where they feel appropriate, "he said .
Sandoval Aranda added that the request was received on Friday, November 1st and so far both the 6 year-old-boy and his sister stopped attending classes.
He said that there is a group of psychologists and specialists who are evaluating the events that happened in Urban School # 66 Miguel Hidalgo, to determine the actions to improve the quality of the children involved.
He said that so far no there are no trace of sharp objects being used during the aggression and said that the injury could have occurred when the foreskin was slipped, but research continues.
