TORONTO, May 23 /CNW/ - The hardest rockers, most-daring indies, dopest
rappers, and purest pop-stars get crowned at the 2007 MuchMusic Video Awards
on Sunday, June 17th. With five nominations, Billy Talent and Nickelback head
up the stellar list of Canadian nominees, followed by Belly and k-os with four
each. Other Canadian buzz bands on the list include Alexisonfire, Feist,
finger eleven, and Tokyo Police Club, among others. The who's who of
international artists nominated includes Akon, Hilary Duff, Fergie, My
Chemical Romance, Justin Timberlake, plus many more. In addition to the
musical stars, the MMVAs honours the production wizards behind Canada's best
