Ok so my internet is slow (Youtube wont even load) from 6pm to 12 am after 12 am its fine.
I tryed diff computers and the same thing happens.
I called verizon dsl and they said speedtest said the amount of data was fine and my speed is good.
BUT HOW IS IT GOOD if it takes 8 min to upload a pic to facebook.
Why is my internet so slow during the night time?
AND VERIZON THINKS IM LYING because speedtest shows my speed is fine, but its not!!!
What can i do to convince them?
Once again i have no spywear or any viruses, However i do have a 2003 model modem
that i got from verzion in 2007 do u think this could be why my intrenet is slow?
They refuse to help me
