We all have eras that we like and dislike, or eras that we expected more out of, but ended up being disappointed by, but what's your least favorite era as a stan?

For me it was the TTT era. Even though WFL was such a huge smash, I didn't love the album as much as Loud, and wasn't a huge fan of the promo/live performances. I still think Rih would've been better off re-releasing Loud and then coming out with Unapologetic.

TTaL era. Hate the direction in comparison to FH and especially IND. More rock, please, P!nk.

though it is my personal favourite album, it stalling after first half of the era was so painful.
and as a fanbase we keep getting dragged with the singles not smashing on radio, which is uncontrollable by anyone except the DJs themselves.

Warrior. She got barely any promo after Die Young. She only performed C'Mon (which the C'Mon release was a mess) on d-list talk shows, and they didn't even try with Crazy Kids. Also, she didn't get a bunch of creative freedom.

ALL I EVER WANTED (2009)
1)Kelly was obese.
2)Single choices were horrific.
3)Music videos did not get the treatment originally planned.
4)My personal preference was totally against the direction of this album.
5) Kelly was at her worst vocally and did come back "stronger".

The untitled [Oct 2012 - mid 2014] era of snippets, commercials, photoshoots, movies, "best of DC3" albums, featured tracks, soundtrack songs and no official lead single even announced.

Since I have only been a 1D stan for one era I will go with Kelly since she is my other main fav.

My December was probably my least favorite. People rave about it, but I didn't like the music all that much (not saying I didn't like some songs). It was also a huge let-down after the Breakaway era.

Can't Be Tamed. The way the era got wasted by HWR was awful.

I cannot complain as a Katy stan. Huge singles, pretty good album sales, all around improvement everytime she starts a new era, consistency, longevity, willing to promote her album for multiple years.

For Nelly it's by far the TSI era, everything drove me crazy. Despite it being a high quality album, everything went wrong when it came to promotion and singles choice etc. They literally didn't do anything right, apart from maybe the UK promo when Big Hoops was released. Hence it being a top 15 hit there even though it flopped everywhere else. WFTN reached top 10 in Russia on its own out of nowhere so there was clearly hit potential. Didn't even get the slighest bit of exposure on iTunes when the album dropped, an absolutely useless pushback of 3 months, Bucket List supposedly being released to iTunes in Germany etc on March 9th yet it never appeared there. Big Hoops adds date on US pop radio shuffled around too much, and that was also the only adds date Nelly got for pop radio that entire era. The following two "US singles" were hardly promoted nor were they sent to pop radio. I can go on FOREVER, it's an endless list of ****-ups.

Blackout era. It was an awful dark time in Britney's life. The awful VMA performance, the messes of music videos, the lack of promo or a tour (even though I didn't expect promo/ tour etc. from Britney at the time given what she was going through then)
