I don't think it is as easy as that when they have to monitor (if what you imply is true) an entire label worth of artists and their videos on top of singles, albums, and etc. I am sure that there is a process that Gaga and her team must go through to get it reversed. There always is a process when it comes to major corporations, businesses, and even in the government.
Youtube feels like the video is a violation of their community guidelines as with the DWUW video. Gaga, her team, and/or anyone close to her should take the steps to appeal and make a case.
Their community guidelines change every now and then, so it being flagged four years later isn't all that silly or random. It might violate the guidelines now, but it didn't back when it was released.
And y'all are acting like they removed the video from Youtube. It's just an age restriction and most children and young teens lie about their ages online when it comes to registering for sites in the first place lol... The restriction is only affecting a small portion of the population.
