Just as I had predicted, the Jonas Brothers' tour getting canceled was a blessing in disguise for Bonnie. Katy personally invited Bonnie to open for the sold out Hollywood Bowl benefit show at the very last minute. She will be performing alongside artists such as Sara Bareilles, Ellie Goulding, Tegan & Sara, Kacey Musgraves, and of course Katy Perry.
THIS is the kind of exposure she needs. I wouldn't be surprised if this benefits her more than what the entire JoBros tour would have done.
(Fun fact: Bonnie co-wrote 4 tracks on Prism: Roar, Legendary Lovers, Birthday, and Ghost)
