Drag Queen & Crossdresser =/= Transgender.
If he "wants" to be a woman FULL TIME. then that means he's transgender.
Cross-dresser and Drag Queens are content with being MEN but just dress up in women clothing and only do it for shows etc. There is more to being a woman then just clothing.
Many transgender people stay in the closet years before they even come out.
You clearly don't know what transgender is nor what you're talking about.
